Helper function to build HaplotypeGraph object

Creates a HaplotypeGraph object to be used to build and store an rJava reference object pointing to a HaplotypeGraph object from the PHG API.

Usage

buildHaplotypeGraph(phgLocalCon)

Arguments

phgLocalCon

A PHGLocalCon object.
