Helper function to construct a PHGLocalCon object

PHGLocalCon.Rd

Creates a PHGLocalCon object to be used to read PHG DB data for a given set of PHG-related methods.

Usage

PHGLocalCon(hVcfFiles = NULL, dbUri = NULL)

Arguments

hVcfFiles

A path to a directory or file containing valid hVCF files (ending in either .h.vcf or .h.vcf.gz) as a character vector

dbUri

A path to a PHGv2 database containing hVCF and gVCF TileDB instances and the compressed genome sequence file (i.e., assemblies.agc)
